Design templates are a small image factory. You define an HTML layout with placeholders, fill in the values, and it renders to a PNG in your browser — ready to use as the media header on a campaign template.
When you'd use it #
Repeating creatives
The same offer card every week with a different price and date, without opening a design tool.
Per-customer images
A card carrying the customer's name or booking reference.
Consistency
One layout everyone uses, so campaigns look like they came from the same company.
How it works #
-
Create a design template
Give it a name and write the HTML for the layout. Placeholders mark the parts that change. -
Fill in the values
The form is generated from whatever placeholders your layout declares. -
Render
The image is produced in the browser and downloaded as a PNG. Nothing is rendered on the server, so no queue and no wait. -
Use it as a campaign header
Host the PNG and give its URL as the media header when you build the campaign.
Where to go next #
Message templates
Compose a template, submit it to Meta for approval, and sync approval status back.
Broadcast campaigns
Send an approved template to a contact list, schedule it, and track sent / delivered / read / failed per recipient.
Product catalog
Products with SKU, price and image, synced to your Meta commerce catalog.
