Usage & limits

How much of each plan limit you have consumed this cycle.

On this page

Two different questions get answered on this page, and it helps to keep them apart. The top half is activity over a window you choose. The bottom half is what your plan lets you have, and how close you are to it.

Activity totals for the selected window, the per-resource bars against your plan, and the daily table underneath.

Activity over a window #

The window selector offers the last 7, 30 or 90 days, and drives the four stat cards and the daily table below them.

Field What it does
Total Messages Sent plus received across the window.
API Calls Calls recorded against the REST API in the window.
Campaigns Campaign sends recorded in the window.
Storage (MB) Taken from the most recent daily record, not summed — it is a level, not a total.

The table breaks the same numbers down by date, one row per day, newest first. Days with no activity produce no row.

What is metered against your plan #

Seven resources are checked against your plan. Each tile shows used against the ceiling, and a bar that turns red at 100%. An infinity sign means your plan sets no ceiling for that resource — the column was left blank in the plan, and blank means unlimited.

Field What it does
Contacts Every contact in your workspace. A running total; it does not reset.
Users Team members plus invitations you have sent that are neither accepted nor expired. An outstanding invite holds a seat, so ten pending invites really do consume ten seats. Running total.
Campaigns Campaigns created since the first of the current calendar month. Resets on the 1st.
Agents AI agents you have built. Running total.
Whatsapp accounts Connected WhatsApp numbers. Running total.
Templates Message templates in your workspace. Running total.
Messages Messages sent since the first of the current calendar month, summed from the daily counters. Resets on the 1st.

Every figure except messages is counted live at the moment you load the page, straight from the underlying records — so deleting a contact or revoking an invite frees the headroom immediately. Messages are the one volume too large to count that way, so they come from the daily meter.

When you hit a ceiling #

The limits are enforced where you create things, not here. Adding a contact, inviting a member, building an AI agent or connecting another number is refused with a message naming the resource and your plan once the ceiling is reached. Anything the system creates on its own — a contact born from an inbound WhatsApp message, work running in the background — is never blocked, because there is nobody to tell and refusing would drop a real customer message.
