Signing up creates two things at once: a personal user account, and an organization — the workspace that owns your WhatsApp numbers, contacts, templates and billing. Everyone you invite later joins that same organization.

Creating the workspace #

1. Fill in the sign-up form

   Name, email and a password. The email address is where verification and password resets go, so use one you can actually receive mail at.

2. Verify your email

   A verification link is emailed to you. Until you click it, parts of the app that require a verified address stay closed. You can request a fresh link from the prompt if the first one expires.

3. Choose a plan

   A workspace needs an active subscription before the main navigation opens up. Without one, every other page redirects back to Subscription — deliberately, so you are not walked into a dead end.

4. Connect a WhatsApp number

   The last step, and the one that makes the product do anything. See Connect a WhatsApp number.

Joining an existing workspace #

If a colleague sent you an invitation link, do not sign up from the front page — open the invite link instead. It carries a token that puts you in their organization rather than creating a second, empty one.
